Most of us are familiar with vitamins, which is a Sport Supplement, which can be used just to help with general health and live a longer and more healthy life. In addition, there are minerals, which is another type of sport supplement. At the very least, if you are a competitive athlete you should be taking a minerals and vitamins to help with your performance. In addition, following a hard workout, it is important to replenish your body’s glycogen and other stores, so you will be at your best during your next workout.

If you are looking to gain muscle mass, there are several options out there. One of these types of sport supplement is creatine. Our body naturally contains creatine and it is included in red meat.
