Jeff Paul Scam — I Got Scammed by Jeff Paul So You Won’t Have To
Jeff Paul’s Shortcut To Internet Millions — Is It A Scam
Usually if something sounds too good to be true, it is. With the Jeff Paul scam, it truly is. The Federal Trade Commission has even gotten involved now with the marketing of Jeff Paul’s Shortcut to Internet Millions.
Here is how they tell you Jeff Paul’s package is supposed to work:
- You pay $39.95 for Jeff Paul’s Shortcut to Internet Millions package
- You receive a package of glossy DVDs
- You use the “turn-key” websites from Jeff Paul to sell other people’s products (known as affiliate marketing)
- You need to open up an account at Fort Knox to hold your loads of $$$.
Unfortunately, here is how Jeff Paul’s system actually works:
- You pay $39.95 for Jeff Paul’s Shortcut to Internet Millions package, and they get your phone number and email address.
- You receive a package of many gloss DVDs, each about 5 minutes long that contains information that you could learn by searching the internet for a few minutes.
- You start getting very annoying upsell emails and phone calls. You will get bombarded by emails and calls from marketers for Jeff Paul, telling you that you if you want to actually make money, you should pay them $5,000, $10,000 or more to get these handmade sites. This is the Jeff Paul scam. They tell you that you can get rich and sell you a product for $40, but then tell you that you have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to make money.
- You get so annoyed that you bought this overhyped crap, and that they won’t leave you alone, that you threaten to sue them if they don’t stop calling/emailing you.
How do I know this is how it works?
Well, I saw the Jeff Paul infomercial at 2am one night, and in a moment of weakness, I bought Jeff Paul’s Shortcut to Internet Millions.
When I received the package, I eagerly read and viewed everything in the package.
BUT, something didn’t seem right.
If these turn-key websites were so profitable, Jeff Paul would just be running all of them himself and not selling you the knowledge for $39.95.
So, I began searching the internet and finally realized that Jeff Paul was selling a dream that was not reality.
You can’t just take these turn-key sites and with no work or marketing whatsoever start to make solid money.
They even have a guy claiming to make over $400,000 in 7 days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Jeff Paul would have just been doing it himself if it was that easy. He would keep everything to himself and be richer than Bill Gates by now.
This is what I figured out:
Affiliate Marketing, which is the selling of products of other, can be be very profitable if done correctly.
You can sell these products by many methods, including article marketing, setting up your own domains, paid advertising and ebay.
With Affiliate Marketing, it is all about volume. You might make $10 per sale, but by scaling up your business, you can make a lot of money. If you have 100 articles that bring you in $50 a month in income, then your making $5,000 / month.
Turn-key websites, like the ones that Jeff Paul pimps, do not sell products on their own. You need to still market the products.
It takes hard work, but with knowledge and dedication anyone can set up profitable great cash flow business with affiliate marketing. Once it is set up, your cash flow can continue to come in with very little work.
Now, four months after falling for this Jeff Paul scam, without the help of Jeff Paul, I am building my own websites selling products and I am making a significant income from it every month. If you want a review of a really good IM product, you should check out wealthy affiliate review.
Is it a “full-time income”? Not quite yet, at least based upon upon my very high ideas of what kind of money that means.
But, I expect that by the end of the year I’ll be making more than I ever have in my life, with very little. If I want to work hard, I can, and that will mean that I will just be making even more money. It is all about how much you put into it. The more you put into it, the more money and satisfaction you will get.
Thankfully for me, I stumbled upon Wealthy Affiliate Advisor, which guided me to Wealthy Affiliate University.
